Mae Cassidy Attends the Annual Great British Chef's Dinner 2017, in Support of the NSPCC
On the 6th of December 2017, Mae Cassidy was invited to enjoy an evening of fine dining at the annual Great British Chef’s dinner, held at the Guildhall in London to raise money for the NSPCC.
The evening brought together Michelin star chefs from across the UK to create a fabulous 5 course, 6 Michelin star meal for over 450 guests.
We proudly donated our beautiful Rekha Reflect handbag to the event, to be featured in the Live Silent Auction, amongst a number of special prizes donated by Alexander McQueen, Scott Dunn, Jumeirah, Harrods, Emirates and L’Atelier des Chefs. We are proud to reveal that our beautiful handbag raised an amazing £500 for the NSPCC!
In total the evening raised an amazing £208,000, with all proceeds going to the NSPCC for the continued provision of essential services to keep thousand of children safe from harm throughout the year through the 'Speak Out. Stay Safe' programme.
Creative Director of Mae Cassidy, Georgina Mae commented "We were honoured to contribute and be a part of such a special event. The commitment and work from the NSPCC that goes into raising money for such an important cause is incredible."
