Featured in Drapers 30 under 30, founder of Fash Mash, Digital Strategist and Brand Consultant; Rosanna Falconer styles the Mae Cassidy 'Malini Dream' Pastel Ribbon Handbag and Power Pink Zeenat Clutch on her magical trip to India; visiting the picturesque Caffé Palladio Jaipur, the rainbow The Patrika Gate, the bejewelled Junagarh Fort and a Burning Man inspired party at the Khimsar Fort.
Rosanna's first visit was to the famous Caffé Palladio in the pink city of Jaipur. Designed by Dutch fashion star-turned-interior designer Marie-Anne Oudejans; the saffron hued pavilion is positioned upon a terrace of pistachio marble. The vaulted salon is lined with mirrored walls and painted daydream botanical scenes, it has certainly become an 'instagram worthy' location and is the perfect afternoon spot to enjoy an afternoon refreshment inside or out.
Rosana styled a playful outfit, picking out the summer tones of the beautiful interiors. Rosanna wore our Mae Cassidy Antique Gold, pastel plaited ribbon SS19 'Malini Dream' handbag with a green printed Beulah London maxi dress, white leather LK Bennett sandals and accessories with a twist scarf headband and Katerina Makriyianni statement pink feathered earrings.
Rosanna's next stop was to India's most colourful kaleidoscope gate, a Rainbow Paradise, The Patrika Gate. Certainly one to add to the bucket list! The stunning wall & pillar frescos capture the history and vibrant culture of the pink city, Jaipur.
Rosana styled our with the Mae Cassidy Antique Gold, pastel plaited ribbon SS19 'Malini Dream' handbag with an Olivia Rubin Tiered rainbow sleeveless dress, white leather open toe LK Bennett sandals and a tie scarf headband.
Rosana's third stop was seeking out the secrets of the Jewelry box Junagarh Fort in Rajasthan, India. Rosanna explains "It has 37 palace rooms but lots locked away. Ask a guard and for a couple of hundred rupees they will open those padlocks to reveal tiny bejewelled corridors like this one, part of the private suites of the maharinis, with stained glass and floral frescoes".
Rosana opted for a causal twist, styling our Mae Cassidy Antique Gold, pastel plaited ribbon SS19 'Malini Dream' handbag with a flowing pastel pink tiered Innika Choo summer dress, a scarf headband and white sneakers.
Rosanna's final visit was a ‘Rajasthan Burn’ themed birthday party, where she enjoyed 48 hours of music & dancing into the night in the Khimsar desert at Khimsar Fort.
Rosanna teamed our Mae Cassidy Antique Gold, Power Pink Silk 'Zeenat Clutch' with a bespoke outfit by Purvi Doshi in a cascade of colours. Each trinket on the belt signifies something from divine little shoes to dancers. Inspired by her favourite colours of Rajasthan & lehenga styles. Rosanna played reference to Burning man with a Soul Sergeants hat.
