Introducing Mae Cassidy: the female-led, emerging London Accessories Brand, dedicated to supporting artisans and celebrating traditional Indian craftsmanship.
The London design house explores a unique fusion of East meets West; to create artisan clutch bags to be treasured by the individual seeking effortlessly glamorous, attainable accessories that ‘look just as good with jeans and a tee as they do on the red carpet’.
Each piece is individually handmade by a skilled artisans in India; the traditional outspoken shapes and beautifully bejewelled pieces pay homage to India’s rich heritage and reflect a nostalgia for the iconic glamour of vintage Bollywood.
Founded in 2017 by British designer Georgina Mae. The London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martin's graduate earned experience at luxury fashion houses from around the world - Christian Dior, Giles Deacon, Jenny Packham, AV Robertson. Georgina returned to embark upon on a journey across India; where she collaborated with a local group of Indian Artisans to create Mae Cassidy, a unique collection of luxury accessories.
